MERIPLEX ACQUIRES HOUSTON-BASED MANAGED SERVICE PROVIDER

Houston, TX – April 1, 2019 – Meriplex, a managed solutions provider specializing in Intelligent Networks, Unified Communications, Cloud Enablement and Managed Services, announced today that it has acquired Houston-based I.T. Works, a premier managed service and security provider. The merged business will operate under the Meriplex brand.

I.T. Works, founded in 1996, provides advanced security solutions, managed services, and cloud offerings that boost business continuity and keeps organizations up-to-date with cybersecurity and evolving IT threats.
