As Chief Operating Officer, Paul Gullo leads our core operations teams to successfully develop and execute operational transformation and integration strategies for all of Meriplex that includes any ongoing potential acquisitions and their respective due diligence.

With more than 30 years of progressive experience in multiple industries, Paul brings solid leadership, executive management and strong core business skills, which allows the ability to partner across all segments of the business in developing alliances and influencing the strategy and direction of the business. Prior to joining Meriplex, Paul has led organizations globally as both a CFO and CAO. He brings a vast experience with a focus in the engineering and technology industry, including TechnipFMC and Cardtronics. Paul holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas in Accounting and Finance and is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas.
