As Chief Financial Officer, Garrett Else oversees all financial aspects of Meriplex, contributing to the company’s strategic vision and operational success. Based at Meriplex’s headquarters in Houston, Texas, Garrett works closely with the senior leadership team to drive financial planning, optimize business processes, and support the organization’s growth objectives.

Garrett brings over 28 years of financial and operational expertise to Meriplex. Prior to joining, he served as CFO at BearCom, a $400 million voice, video, and data communications provider, where he successfully implemented process improvements, advanced strategic planning initiatives, and led companies through transformative change.

Garrett holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Gustavus Adolphus College and an MBA in Finance from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Outside of work, he is an avid reader who enjoys playing sports, traveling, and spending time with his wife, two children, and three dogs. Garrett resides in Dallas, with regular time spent at Meriplex’s Houston and Dallas locations.
